Introductory
Personal Training

Offered one time to all members who have not purchased personal training before, the introductory package includes a fitness assessment and 3 hours of one-on-one training as described below.

One-on-One
Personal Training

One-on-One sessions are individual sessions focused specifically on our fitness goals and needs.  Your trainer will instruct you in proper form and technique, introduce you to new exercises, and bring accountability to your workout.  A fitness assessment is included.

Partner
Personal Training (2 participants)

Partner training (2 participants) offers you and a friend shared training sessions with the benefit of a trainer who will create a program based on both of your fitness goals, but individual enough to be part of your regular workout routine-all at a lower rate.  A fitness assessment is included for each partner.

20 hours / $1,150

  • Hours can be split into 30 minute sessions.

Small Group
Personal Training (3 – 8 Participants)

Small group training combines the benefits of personal training with the motivation that comes from being part of a team.  Sessions are 1 hour each twice a week for 6 weeks.  A fitness assessment is included for each participant.

12 hours / $240 per person


  • Hours can be split into 30 minute sessions
  • Kids (ages 6 – 12) receive a 10% discount off training rates
  • Non-Member rates are available
